With 3 bedrooms plus a fun loft and two bathrooms, this cozy retreat is ideal for up to 11 guests, with plenty of space for families and friends to spread out. This is a family-owned cabin. It’s being shared as a vacation rental with a lot of care and attention to detail, so your time here feels relaxed, comfortable, and easy. The location is a perfect base camp: fresh mountain air, tall pines, and quiet nights, with easy access to year-round activities. Dorrington borders Calaveras Big Trees State Park, just north of Arnold, and sits about halfway between Bear Valley Ski Resort and the charming wine and shopping town of Murphys. Columbia and Angels Camp make great day trips. Skip the Tahoe chaos and enjoy a calmer mountain vibe just 3–4 hours from the Bay Area and a bit over 2 hours from Sacramento, weather and traffic depending.
